Yesterday, a package arrived for me and I was so excited to rip it open :D

Finally got my hands on a Catwalk Cosmetics palette! :D

it came with a GC for LayBare! how convenient, I've been wanting to get my eyebrows groomed :p

just look at those colors o_o I cant wait to play around with these babies!

All the colors are highly pigmented, goes on smooth and silky! I'd love to show you some swatches but for some reason, my camera wouldn't take a proper picture of them :| FAIL. Trust me though, this palette is definitely worth every penny :)

MAC Workshop

Last June 20, 2011, me and my fellow classmates from MDA were privileged to participate in a workshop at the MAC counter in Glorietta 4 mall. Can I just say, my eyes went O_O when I saw the WALLS of makeup. I thought I had died and gone to MAC heaven. HAHA 

Product Specialist and MAC makeup artist Ms. Mikee Raymundo was the spokesperson during the workshop and she taught us a few tips and tricks in doing photography makeup. Man, does she know her MAC. She's been a makeup artist for 15 years! WOW. She has also done fashion shows abroad, makeup for local theater productions, and she has also done makeup for celebrities. I definitely look up to her :)

I definitely learned a lot from the workshop. I'm very thankful that MDA put this together for us aspiring makeup artists. and thank you MAC for accommodating us. Such a great experience! :) :)

MAKEOVER: Marga Bermudez

Hello lovely viewers!

last weekend (I think this was last weekend. haha!) my good friend Marga (a.k.a DJ A.M.Ber) called me up and asked if I can do her makeup like Nicki Minaj from her latest video for the song Super Bass (love that song!). It was the debut of Marga's cousin and they had to go in costume. I answered with a very excited "WHY NOT!" :D I love doing colorful makeup looks and this was just perfect.

Here's the look I tried to replicate:

The falsies I had with me had crystals on the edges which added a little sparkle ;)

the look wouldn't be complete without the blonde wig! :)

This was such a fun look to do! :) :) what do you guys think?:)
